Weekend Fun!

Well…I am sure that some of you were wondering what I surprised Allen with…It was wonderful, he got home from Orlando Friday afternoon, and when he got back to the house I told him what we were going to do. We were already planning to go to Greenville at some point in the weekend, so I got reservations for us at the Hampton Inn downtown for the night. I also got reservations at Rios, a brazillian steak house, which was amazing! It was an all you can eat meat dinner. Allen was so pumped, he had a little card that you turn to green if you want more food, or on red if you need a break, and he was able to try all sorts of yummy stuff. The rest of the night was great we enjoyed having time together, and walking around downtown Greenville.

Saturday we were able to spend time with Allen’s sister, Wimbo because she was in town from California for a wedding, hung out with our families, and also went to the wedding. It was good to see some people from Fountain Inn. Allen and I headed back on Saturday night.

Sunday morning I helped Allen get ready for his Personal Ministry Class, and then headed to my friend, Brook’s house to help her paint her nursery and living room. She could have her baby at anytime at this point, and definitely wanted to get the room done! Mission accomplished!

Sunday night, I headed to baptism…and I know I wrote about it on the last post, but was incredible, God was shown over and over again in so many people’s lives, wow! Thank you God that we get to see you change lives constantly, I am excited to continually see you mold and shape us as we continue on this adventure. We love you Lord.
