Update from doctor’s appointment
We had a pretty long appointment today with Dr. Gregg, but got some good reports. My ultrasound looked better from last week, and hopefully my body will continue to heal itself. I can drive now! I will be going weekly to do blood work until my HCG level is down to zero. The reason for this is from the pathology report there were some abnormalities in the placental material which could be normal for my situation and the amount of placentas I had or it could be a placental tumor. So please keep that in your prayers! It was kind of funny at the doctor today how all of the nurses and Dr.Gregg all said I looked so so much better. I guess from the Friday when I was readmitted to the hospital to today was a big difference… that made me feel good! I told them I was glad they told me that today verses telling me how rough I looked before!

I first heard about what you are going through, through Jeff Jacobs. This is a trementous mountain that you and your husband have been climbing together, and Thank the Lord, you have each other. I have 27 years of nursing experience, including post-partum, L&D; neonatal ICU and pediatric cardiology intensive care. The body is an amazing thing – because God created us. I understand what your body is going through and it takes time to heal.
I use to think The Lord healed only while he was here, walking on earth, touching and healing as he went. But as my relationship with Christ deepened, I realized, through the holy spirit, that Christ is alive today and he is still healing us every day, both spiritually, physically and emotionally.
So everything that you are waiting to have happen, waiting for your HCG to lower, happens because God is healing you.
May the healing power of Christ be upon you and may your body continue to strengthen in the days and weeks to come. May the Lord bring courage and peace to you and your husband. Amen.
